TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PHERRIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pherrix and its affiliates from claims arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
